Returns & Refunds
- Perishable items: As flowers are fresh and perishable, returns are only accepted if your bouquet arrives damaged or not as described
- Timeframe: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Non-returnable: Custom arrangements and sale items are final.
